What kind of supplements do you take in a day? I used to take quite a lot, Vitamin C, multivitamins, Spirulina and garlic pills. It was a lot to swallow for someone who can’t stand taking pills.
That’s why I’m trying to cut down all these pills and look for something which can give me the same benefits of all these combined. Is there such a thing? I did hear of some juices which is a one for all kind of thing but I wonder if it’s really effective. Can there really be 1 for all health product in the market that can work effectively?
