In the last couple of months I was wondering what one can do with an old notebook computer that’s still in great condition after several upgrades. The reason is because I got a new one and thought perhaps I can sell the old one off and “save” some money.
But as it turns out, it didn’t fetch very much in price considering that a lot of money were spent to upgrade it including buying a brand new battery for it. So instead of selling it, I suggest that people in the same predicament as me keep their unit as a spare. It serves us well in case our new one goes funny on us. At least it’s a temporary one that can help save the day if the regular one has to be taken in for repairs.
Seriously, old computers don’t fetch a lot of value, so it’s best to just keep it. The money won’t really be saved as I learned from enquiring with those who were willing to purchase a second hand one.
