Since the Budget 2010 announcement, I have already set my mind to cut back on the many credit cards that I have. I will maintain at most 2 cards although I still feel the pain of paying the taxes for both cards. I thought of having 2 cards because I feel that having just one may be a bit risky in terms of it not working at times when I need it most. So at least having another will give me another chance at swiping a card when I need to.
How about you? Are you cutting back? It is a lot of money to be paying to the government for nothing. I hate the thought of giving them free money and God knows what our hard earned money is in turn used for. If the money goes to the banks, I think I won’t be so cheesed off, but to the government who isn’t even the one to give me a credit line or any privileges, I think not.
Now’s the tough time to decide which cards will be the ones I will keep as some of them have really good features. I guess I just have to be less greedy. Thank goodness I’ve finished paying up one of those installment plan I signed up for when I purchased a Samsung TV.
