I’m suffering from a bad sore throat and it is really uncomfortable. At one point I even lost my voice. But what I did to regain it was to down lots and lots of water and sucked on some lemon and minty pastels. They helped a lot. But it doesn’t go away completely and I’m worried it’ll develop into flu if I don’t get rid of it now. Any recommendations to get a quick relief of this uncomfortable situation?
I hate being beaten down with a throat like that because it can make me really sick. The remedy and medicine prescribed sometimes works and other times don’t. I’m not sure why. It seems like I just have to let it come on full steam just so it an go away after that. Finding the cure is harder than getting the secret for the best diets for quick weight loss!
