Recently a friend from Denmark needed to replace her faulty mobile phone and asked if I know of any recommended mobile phone brands or models. Well I’m not the most updated of people where mobile phones are concerned, but I told her I’d do a quick check with some friends who are hoarders of the latest models.
Upon a quick check with some of them, I was recommended a site to check out the many models available including a comparison feature so that you can do a quick check of one phone against another. I thought it was a good feature to have in place of going to a physical store and getting the guy over the counter to tell you all about the different phones in the shop. You don’t even know if some of them are more biased towards certain brands because of the commission they receive. So I thought this form of comparison was the most effective and unbiased.
I recommended my friend to go check on this site and a few others just like it and she managed to get pretty good deals out of them. She was excitedly telling me that she could even find a Blackberry Zubehör (yeah when she’s on the messenger with me, she forgets to speak entirely in English and starts to name terms in Danish!) and was thrilled.
So I asked her what she bought in the end and she shared with me that after a long time of debating one against the other, she finally decided to go for a Nokia model because of the ease and use and user-friendliness of the software. I tend to agree a hundred percent. I’m also a Nokia fan. I’ve used many other brands but in the end, I’ve come back to Nokia for practicality sake and also because it’s just a lot easier and intuitive to use.
On one of those sites that I gave to her, she bought not only her brand new mobile phone for a good price, she also bought some Handyzubehör which means mobile accessories and Handytaschen (mobile phone cases). So not only did she get a brnd new phone to flaunt, she’s also dressing it up for different looks all the time!
Well I’m not the kind who would do such things. I just stick to it for its great functionality, and as long as I get my calls and messages, I’m quite happy for the phone to stay the way it is. I like mine in classic styles. Boring, huh? Anyway, if you are also looking out for a phone, do check out the many mobile phone sites before hitting the stores. They really are very useful and helpful in saving you time and money.
