Why? To save time. I use a lot of online services such as getting auto insurance quotes, booking movie tickets, finding out train schedules, etc because it’s much easier than to physically go somewhere to find out such trivial matters. Saves queue time too. Other than efficiency, sometimes it might even save you some money as many of the online services can be cheaper than the same service you get physically from stores or companies. So that’s why I advocate people to go online and make use of this technology.
