Nowadays you can get anything and almost everything done online. I find that it helps save time and sometimes things are often cheaper if you purchase online, more often for services. If you are looking to buy mutual trust funds and hope to pay slightly lower fees, buying online will help you achieve that because it gets rid of the agent fees.
I am not sure if the same works for insurance. I’ve gotten some life insurance online quote before and am still pondering about getting a policy. I also wonder if there’s anyone behind it who gets a huge commission like it would be if I were to purchase it from a warm body.
