Did the title catch your attention? Well when I say sleep, I really mean sleep as in snoozing!

Do you know how much sleep you need in a day to stay healthy? Most of us have been made to understand that an adult needs 8 hours of sleep a day and as you mature you probably need less. I read an article that was published today in the newspapers and found it to be quite a good help in explaining how we all need sufficient sleep to help our body stay healthy and our minds to stay alert.

The article also gives an idea of how much sleep we need in our different phases of life, starting from infancy stage right up to being in our golden years. I shall not repeat the content of the article here, but will instead point you to the source.
