I’ve been having extremely late nights working. What’s scary is that most of the nights, I’m not even sleepy and that’s why I can work till the wee hours of the morning. Sometimes I’m tired of working and take a break but still can’t sleep. Some friends suggested I should turn in early but I can’t seem to catch an early night. I was thinking of reading up on some sleeping pill reviews and see if they are safe to use. At least they’ll help to save some of those ugly panda-eye ring! What do you think? Or maybe some special calming tea without nicotine can help?
