I was asking a friend what laptop is currently recommended in the market since I’ve lost touch. He advocated a Mac because he’s a number one fan of anything Apple. I told him I didn’t want to spend a bomb on a brand new laptop and a Mac is definitely beyond my reach. But he dragged me into the store anyway and I came away surprised that one of the model actually doesn’t cost that much. And it’s the perfect size that I’m looking for too!
But then again, the price is still higher than any of those regular brands that I know of and I’m still mulling if it’s smart of me to spend more just for the brand. I’ve never used a Mac before so I wouldn’t know what I’m missing.
On the other hand, my current refurbished laptop is still in great condition except that it’s pretty heavy, the battery is not lasting and the size is a little bit for me to lug around often. Other than that it works perfectly for me.
So how should I spend wisely? Just keep using this one, just replace the battery or get a regular one, or invest in a Mac? Anyone any idea?
