For some reason I tend to snack when I feel stressed. Not only do I snack but I think I eat a lot more too during stressed periods. It must be some psychological reason. Anyway, anyone has any tips on how to stop all these snacking? I’ve tried to think of ways to stay away from snacks but I find myself rummaging the shelves for packets of chocolates and chips without even realising what I’m doing.
I sure don’t want to be putting on all those extra weight just because of the snacking…perhaps I can try some appetite suppressant when I’m stressed out? Not sure if it’s the best idea but hey, at least it stops the junk food intake and keep away the fats!
