Yes, believe it or not, being stressed out has proven to be one natural way that people can lose weight. I have experienced it myself and so have many of my friends. But I am not sure if that’s really a good way to be losing weight as it may mean we’re also compromising some elements of our wellbeing when under a lot of pressure and stress. Do you agree?
Anyway, I always believe that should anyone want to intentially lose some weight and love handles, the best way is moderate eating habits coupled with regular exercises and sufficient sleep. The latter is important too as I read that people who are not getting enough sleep actually put on weight!
