After having just one session of work out at the gym, my appetite became surprisingly good! Here’s a tip for those who are thinking starting to go to the gym to lose weight. You’d probably need appetite suppressants to keep your appetite in control after a vigorous gym session!
I ate to my heart’s content since I wasn’t planning to go on a diet. And I was working out not to go on a diet, but more for health reasons. I’ve been a couch potato for the longest time and wanted to start getting some oxygen into my brains by exercising.
