I went by the gym the other day on a free trial basis to try out the equipment and service. The trial also had a personal trainer to guide me since I’m very much a beginner and don’t even know what works for what and even what to do!
It was a nice work out, which made my muscles ache the next day for a couple of days. My gosh, but did it feel rather good! The most painful of all the stuff I had to do was some exercise on the a href=”http://www.ultimatebodypress.com/”>pull up bars. Surprisingly the thread mill was really quite ok for me.
I wonder what it takes for me to stop aching and totally enjoy the workout sessions that follow. I have another session of trial and after that I’d have to decide whether to go for it or not.
