I’ve always wondered how I can reduce belly fat. Since having a baby, it’s just not the same anymore. The tummy that I have just refuse to go, and I got a feeling if I don’t do anything about it, it’ll be a permanent resident and I really don’t want that. But losing the flabby tummy is harder than I thought.
Anyone who has done it successfully? How long did it take you and what exactly did you do? Go on some diet and do exercise? Or did you take anythinig else externally or orally to help? I would prefer it to be as natural as possible if I can help it. Any ideas please?
I’m sure lots of mothers would be eternally grateful for that kind of information.
