Are you the type who will stay the course once you’ve made new year resolutions? Well I’m not the disciplined type but come this year I want to make a change and see if I can be a better promise keeper at least to myself! So any tips for being disciplined in keeping up with the resolutions?
I want to be fitter this year. So maybe I should go more often to the dip station at the gym sometimes. I also want to be more mentally alert as I noticed my memory isn’t quite serving me well. How do I do that? I’ve heard some herbal supplements can help, or maybe a diet of more fish can help too. You reckon?
I want to make more money, that’s for sure. Even more than all the years before this. I will find ways to do this…just gotta work harder and having a fitter body and more alert mind will help in this course.
